Two ways to give

Direct Service Donation
This type of donation is made directly to the organization through an online donation, via check or cash.
These donations are used immediately for the needs of CCMM, and help to meet the budgeted expenses expected throughout the year.
All donations are 100% tax-deductible, and a receipt is sent acknowledging the gift once it is received.
To give online, click here:
Note: Processing charges of approximately 3% apply when using this method. Please consider adding a little to your donation to cover these costs and to ensure CCMM gets the full amount you intend.

Endowment Fund
What is an Endowment Fund?
An endowment is a financial fund established to support the work of CCMM both now and into the future. Gifts made to the fund are combined to create one amount which is invested and managed professionally. The principal of the fund NEVER decreases; however, a portion of the investment earnings are given as grants to CCMM twice a year.
How is an Endowment Donation different than a Direct Donation?
Endowment funds are permanent. Since the principal of the fund never decreases, the funds’ ability to generate financial support for CCMM never stops, regardless of economic changes. A gift to the principal of the endowment fund will continue to grow regularly and benefit CCMM into perpetuity.
Who controls the Endowment Fund?
The endowment fund that is currently supporting CCMM is established with the Mount Pleasant Area Community Foundation. It is one of over 200 community endowment funds that they oversee and disperse to non-profits throughout Central Michigan. Additionally, they have supported CCMM through many grants and endowment fundraising efforts throughout the years.
What are other means of donating to the Endowment Fund?
Donations to endowment funds can come in all forms. Cash, stocks, real estate, retirement plan assets, life insurance policies, and a bequest by will are all avenues in which to contribute to the principal of the endowment fund. The Mount Pleasant Area Community Foundation is very happy to help anyone explore the avenues in which they desire to contribute.
The Jim and Joan Hornak Family Christian Counseling Fund
This endowment, specifically dedicated to CCMM, was created by Jim and Joan Hornak for the purpose of funding mental health services to the Mid Michigan Community. The funds dispersed from this endowment will be used to supplement the cost of providing services for clients who meet the reduced fee sliding scale requirements, thus helping to assure that counseling is available to anyone.
