Sheree Skinner, MS, Student
Sheree is currently in the process of completing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology with the intention of becoming a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) after graduation. Sheree believes that everyone should have access to mental health because our emotions and thoughts are complicated, and life is overwhelming in so many ways. By having a safe place to talk about any problems or concerns, it allows us to find clarity in situations that seemed impossible before.
Sheree specializes in individual adult therapy and is currently becoming certified in trauma, because that is where her passion truly lies. Trauma impacts our lives in ways that we do not even realize, and our response to those experiences can change how we interact with the world around us. By talking about these experiences, Sheree believes it allows our mind and body to begin the recovery process which is crucial for our general wellbeing.
